01
Who is the day for?
Anyone who makes things and sells them, or wants to: crafters, designers, illustrators, small brands and the shop owners who stock them. Most people run a business of one to five people.
02
Is lunch included?
Yes. Coffee and pastries from 8:30am, a hot lunch at 12:30pm and cake in the afternoon. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book or in the form.
03
Do I need to book workshops?
Workshop places are free with your ticket and booked at the help desk on the day, first come, first served. Each has 30 places.
04
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. All three rooms are on the ground floor with step-free access, the Main Hall has live captions and a hearing loop, and there’s a quiet room all day.
05
Will talks be recorded?
Main Hall and Loft talks are recorded and sent to everyone with a ticket about two weeks after the day, with the slides.
06
Can I bring my products to sell?
Not in the talks, but there are twenty stalls in the makers’ market. Applications for a stall open on 1 February.
07
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for groups and businesses. Choose Group in the form and we’ll send an invoice with 14 days to pay.
08
How do I get my ticket?
Your ticketing platform emails it straight away. Show it on your phone or printed at the help desk to get your badge.
